  • Broker coordinates and assists in arranging inspections and working with the buyer, buyer’s agent/broker, financing/mortgage company, closing attorney and any other party involved to insure the sale is actually completed based on time limits in the contract

  • Broker provides a Comparative Market Analysis report on recent home sales in your area or subdivision where appropriate and explains it in great detail to help you come to the proper price range in which to list your property.


  • Broker will list your property until it sells. However, we require a minimum of a 180 day listing period in order to properly market and promote the property to ensure a good chance of selling the property in the current market.




Our Commitment To You




  • There are no hidden charges included in our 2% listing program. All Multiple Listing Service fees normally paid at closing are already included in our commission structure.


  • We do not charge any administrative or add-on fees that you will normally see with other agencies.


  • In real estate the commission is usually split between a listing company broker and a selling company broker.


  • To help ensure that your home will have a better chance at selling, I recommend that you offer a 3% commission based on the sales price of your home to the selling agent/broker.


  • This will bring your total listing agreement listing fee to 5%. 2% goes to our company (listing company) and 3% goes to the selling company. However, if you sell your home utilizing our company and also utilize our company to purchase your next home you can save even more.


  • Again there are no other hidden fees plus you get the complimentary personal cash flow (budget), income statement, balance sheet and statement of net worth.


  • Even if you decide to cancel early there are no hidden fees or charges that you normally see with other agencieseven some of the largest and most prominent.


  • Our 2% commission listings require a minimum listing agent commission of $2,000 or 2% of sales price, whichever is greater, to be paid at closing. Listings withdrawn before the expiration date are not subject to a withdrawal fee.


  • If you sell the property yourself you pay no commission to the selling broker, however the 2% listing fee to our company is still applicable.


  • All listings are contingent upon approval by Realty 1 Strategic Advisors, LLC.
