The South Fulton area consists of the cities of Atlanta, Hapeville, East Point, College Park, some areas of Riverdale, Union City, Fairburn, Palmetto, Chattahoochee Hills and  most recently the new city of South Fulton.


By contrast the North Fulton area consists of the cities of Atlanta, Mountain Park, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek and the communities of Peachtree Hills and Buckhead.

 

There are a number of new subdivisions under construction and also many that are less than 15 years old and may offer quality resales that fit within your price points if you are considering a move to the South Fulton area.


Move in ready homes (resales) are usually priced at $150,000 and up to well over a million dollars and new homes are priced from the high $100,000's to well over a million dollars.
