As of Spring—2014 I have heard from many consumers who desire to improve their credit and finances.

You must have an effective system that helps you deal with the pressures of life that you may face on a daily basis.
4) Address Your Financial Problems
Many consumers are unable to sleep and display other unfavorable behavior when their finances are out of balance.
Not knowing how to manage your household income effectively—over-utilizing and inappropriately utilizing your credit—and not knowing the areas of your finances that you must address and not actually addressing those areas are a leading cause of stress—and fatigue with many consumers.
From this point onward you must believe that success is the only possible outcome and you must move toward operating in your life purpose—in order to reduce or eliminate the fatigue that you may now feel.

You must never be controlled by what has happened to you in your past—unless you are controlled in a manner that you benefit by what has happened in your past.
That means leaving past failures in the past so they have no negative bearing on your future! That does not mean that you don’t learn from your past (for example, you say to yourself—I can't make that mistake again and live for the present and future in a manner that shows you meant what you said)!
How you can reduce fatigue in your life
You must operate in integrity and you must be of the highest character. In addition you must let inspiration flow in and you must receive and act on that inspiration when it is in your best interest to do so!
By doing so you can increase your energy level significantly! You must act on the inspiration that is in your best interest in a determined manner and at the same time realize that there will always be risks—whenever you are venturing into something new.
It is important that you improve your eating habits as a well balanced diet with the right foods can provide more energy than a poorly balance diet.
You must put yourself in position to exercise regularly and in a manner that you enjoy!
Schedule your work schedule, entertainment and vacations appropriately so that you can maximize your energy level and reduce your fatigue level.
If you are a morning person, do your hardest work at that time. If you are an afternoon or evening person do your hardest work at that time—if possible.
Be sure to take vacations and get the required amount of sleep and entertainment—so that you can recharge your mind more effectively.
